How to best enjoy your sandwich#
Sandwiches are best enjoyed with the one you love the most. Take the first step and find... the One! The one you think about when you wake up in the morning and when you sleep the night away. The one that gives you Diamonds when your sword breaks. Who gives you a Cooked Beef when you're hungry. The one who leaves a crater in your heart, and where your secret base... was. This is the most important step, so do not skip it!
Choosing the ring#
Now that you've found the One, it's almost time to propose! First, you'll need a ring! There are various ways to obtain the right one. You could mine into the ground and gather your own rare materials, or you could trade with a shady jeweller. Either way, once you've obtained the perfect materials for your ring, it's time to get to work with the Jeweller Board; a new crafting station. Work your raw materials into a unique ring that suits the one you love. If they're extra special (and of course they are), go the extra mile and add a jewel to the ring!
Proposing a life together#
The perfect way to enjoy a sandwich is getting close! Remember the first step? Find the one, ring in hand, and kneel...or rather, crouch (if you want to) and interact with them to propose. A dialogue box will where you can finally say what you've been wanting say. Carefully choose the right words, press send, and hold your breath because if they agree...

It's time to celebrate and break out the sandwiches! Enjoy the best thing since sliced bread, and enjoy it with the One you love most in your world! Not only this, but you'll also feel especially warm and joyous when you're near your partner. They'll give you life. Figuratively, and quite literally! Until death do you part... unless!

Marriage (and sandwich) settings can be adjusted to fit your world! There are a variety of settings to adjust what marriage means to you and your world. Don't want the ability to marry non-player entities? Turn it off! You can also adjust benefits from being married, eating sandwiches, or even disable the "until death do you part" clause of the marriage certificate.

Frequently Asked Questions#
Can I stop someone from repeatedly proposing to me? Yes, they can be blocked and unblocked.
Can I have a wedding celebration? Yes! There are various themes and decorations you can trade for. Find new structures all across the world (even in the Nether), or build your own. Don't forget to also dress to impress with various new outfits you can trade for.
Can I change who you can marry? Yes! This Add-On comes with a variety of settings, including disabling marrying custom entities. Explore the settings via the Marriages & Sandwiches Guide Book.
Who can I propose to? You can propose to other players or custom entities, such as the Hay Honey or Sandwich Golem. Take care, custom entities will not change their behavior just because they married you. There's no guarantee they'll love you like you want to be loved.
What about looking our very best? You can interact with Hay Honey while holding Hay Honey Outfit to dress them up in the finest wedding fits! If it's time for an adventure, you can also equip them with weapons. Purchase outfits from Outfit Wedding Planners. Use Shears to return equipment and change their outfit to default.
What happens when I die? You respawn. Also, by default, your marriage is over. As always, this settings can be edited by the admins of the world.
What is the best ring? The best ring is the one that suits your partner the most! We recommend communicating with them, and even crafting the ring together. There is a large variety of ring materials, and jewels you can attach to the ring.
Can I find out who is married and unmarried on my world? You can use the Marriage Registry to track active marriage, marriage history, and your own personal marriage history. These are time-stamped!
Can I change the time zone listing of the Marriage Registry? Yes! You can edit the UTC via admin settings.
