You can upgrade each of your stations in the office to better equipment, making offer creation faster.

Dreamscape#

The Dreamscape is where you go to unlock different genres in the Marketplace Creator Tycoon. It's also known as the Inspiration Zone. Time here passes at half the speed as the office.

Achievements#

There are lots of achievements in the Marketplace Creator Tycoon. Here's the ones you can get on the trophy boards. The 3 top ones are achievements for obtaining all achievements of different kinds.

Achievements#

Nightmare#

This is a scary area and shows a dark side to the Marketplace. It's where you can get different achievements and access the Nightmare. The nightmare is an alternate to the Dreamscape where 4 art styles can be found.

A nightmare can occur randomly when sleeping in the normal bed but can be guaranteed by accessing the Nightmare Marketplace by going through the mirror in the bathroom from standing on one of the sinks.

Each area either has a chest or an art style, it is intended that you get equipment and supplies at the ones in chests to take on the ones with art styles.

New Game +#

This mode is available to play after getting all the achievements for the first time up to diamond and including the top 3. It has a number of upsides and downsides for activating it.

The GOOD#

• You get a new set of 10 achievements.
• Months pass at 150% speed and time no longer halves in the Dreamscape.
• Money obtained from cleaning toilets is doubled.
• Money found on the floor is doubled.
• All the styles you unlocked remain unlocked.
• You will keep all your current office upgrades and people you hired.

The BAD#

• Your current achievement wall is erased.
• All content types (except Infinity) will be locked and need to be re-obtained.
• All genres will be locked and need to be re-obtained.
• Your current funds are reduced to $0.
• All offer slots are delisted.

NG+ Achievements#

Bathroom#

The bathroom is where the toilet cleaning mini game is.

Clean the toilets for money.

It also has a mirror that's a bit spooky.

Genres are options in the Marketplace Creator Tycoon to change the genre, AKA the contents' category.

Available Genres#

Genre: Adventure#

This is the walkthrough for the "Adventure" genre in Marketplace Creator Tycoon.

1. Talk to the Gatekeeper, and tell him you have a letter to go through the gate
2. Talk to the queen on the same floor (yellow cube) and tell her you'll save him
3. Navigate to the top of the castle and talk to the Wizard (purple cube), they will give you a lever
4. Navigate to the guardsman one floor below, they will give you equipment
5. Navigate back out the front gate and swim (you must be "sprinting" to swim through) under the drawbridge
6. Place the lever on the chiselled blackstone
7. Open the iron gate and go down
8. Navigate to the end of the path killing the monsters
9. talk to the king
10. open the chest
11. Take the Inspiration Cube

Genre: CTM#

This is the walkthrough for the "CTM" genre in Marketplace Creator Tycoon.

1. grab the equipment and explore the cave.
2. use the pickaxe to break pointed dripstone and mossy cobblestone.
3. get access to the dungeon and break the mossy cobblestone on the ground
4. Go inside the hole to find the chest
5. take the lime wool out of the chest
6. put the like wool on the crying obsidian at the start.

Genre: Dungeon#

This is the walkthrough for the "Dungeon" genre in Marketplace Creator Tycoon.

1. Go down the main stairs, grab the lever out of the chest and put it on the chiselled blackstone to open the trap door
2. Navigate around to the left, you will find another chest with a lever, but also behind one of the iron grates a second lever already attached
3. pull that lever on the wall once, and grab the lever from the chest
4. go back to near the starting area and use that lever you found on the chiselled blckastone to progress
5. immediately through the trap door you will find ANOTHER lever, also further in a pickaxe that can break mossy cobblestone
6. grab both and break the mossy cobblestone
7. you will then need to place the lever on the chiselled blackstone. this will activate the spawner but also open the passage, you can go through and activate the lever from the other side, then go back in and turn off the lever to deactivate the spawner if you want
8. progress around the corner to find a bunch of barrels, inside a barrel you will find another lever
9. take it and keep going and use it to retract the pistons
10. note the colored candles and how many there are of each, 1 red, 2 green and 3 blue
11. use your pickaxe to progress further into the dungeon
12. as you pass the first bunch of drip leaves, turn to your left and look up to find a chest with a lever
13. continue through the coridor including past the pointed dripstone, breaking any as necessary
14. at the end, behind some pointed dripstone you will find a second lever in a chest
15. now, armed with 2 levers, use the first one on the chiselled blackstone and kill the guardians
16. use the second lever to go further, you may get ambushed by pillagers and a ravager
17. the ravager sometimes stays in his cage, this is intended.
18. at the end you will find 3 buttons, press them in the same order as the candles. red, green then blue
19. the iron bars will open and you can take your reward
20. if you want to leave quicker you can take the ladder nearby to shortcut up to the next level, there's also another from this floor to the top

Genre: Find Button#

This is the walkthrough for the "Find Button" genre in Marketplace Creator Tycoon.

In the dream you'll find a bit of landscape with 2 trees, one on a little mountain. Navigate to the top tree and slightly hidden behind it is a button.

Genre: Gameshow#

You only need 5 right answers, you win and the cube spawns.

Genre: Skyblock#

This is the walkthrough for the "Skyblock" genre in Marketplace Creator Tycoon and how to unlock it.

If you stand on the floor, you get levitation which takes you to the skyblock island. Open the chest, the the Inspiration Cube will appear.

Genre: Tycoon#

This is the walkthrough for the "Tycoon" genre in Marketplace Creator Tycoon.

1. Find and talk to Jigarbov in the house.
2. Jigarbov will close the dialogue window on you 2 times before talking
3. Navigate through the dialogue tree until being given 3 options. Choose "Explain"
4. Then choose Inspiration Cube
5. Navigate through the rest of the options
6. Grab the cube

Hires#

Even though they cost different amounts, each hire actually works the same for you. The only difference is that the 4 main people that worked on this content in their respective categories are more expensive for fun. These are all the people that can be hired in Marketplace Creator Tycoon.

You hire staff from the Bucket of Crabs PC in the Creator Lounge.

Style details#

Aquatic Style#

If you go through the mirror in the bathroom to the nightmare market, look at the modern style on the wall. It will turn to the aquatic style when you look at it in a specific spot, then you can take it and collect it.

Branded Style#

This style is a reference to the fact that top Marketplace Creators are allowed to make first party content for the marketplace. The Branded style is unique in that you only get to use it a single time and it is consumed. So you cannot make as many as you like, and when you use it, you can't use it again unless you unlock it again.

The unlock criteria is:

1. Your bedroom must be at least in the 3rd stage of development.
2. You release an offer that is rated 5 stars.
3. depending on the difficulty, the unlock is not guaranteed.

Retro Style#

The location this is found in is a reference to Simburbia

Romantic Style#

The location this is found in is a reference to City of Love

Space Style#

The location this is found in is a reference to Stranded in Space

Super Style#

The location this is found in is a reference to Jig's Redstone Guide but also Super is an IP by Pixels & Blocks. Luke is the creator of that series.

Bedroom MCT#

Over time the bedroom in Marketplace Creator Tycoon will upgrade to a new stage. When this happens the music gets additional layers, there are more money piles in your room and you get access to some new art styles.

CTM#

CTM is an acronym for Complete The Monument. You will find a monument, usually made up of a single row of obsidian blocks. There, you will find signs that dictate what color block should be above it on the monument.

Aside from the maps being in survival, the CTM is the main driving goal in Jigarbov's Abstraction Series. Most are done in order of Minecraft damage values.

Infinity Quest MCT#

The Infinity Quest is a secret quest to unlock the content type "Infinity" which reveals that this map is one of the Infinity Series of maps that was made by Jigarbov Productions.

You can start this quest at Jigarbov's house in the Tycoon dream.

1. Feylina reveals that Jig was going to hide a secret in the Gameshow Genre
2. There is a book in the bedroom revealing that this maps working name was "Infinity Map Maker"
3. In that book it also tells about all the different Infinity Maps. Infinity Dungeon, Infinity Plumber, Infinity Map Maker (Marketplace Creator Tycoon), Infinity Skyblock, Infinity Parkour, Infinity City/Simburbia
4. The book also reveals that in order to find the symbols you must make each of those genres in Marketplace Creator Tycoon to find the Infinity Emblems.

To get the Infinity Content Type:

1. Go to Bed
2. Look for Gameshow
3. Answer all the questions INCORRECTLY
4. Wake up
5. Go to the Nightmare side of the map
6. Click on the Infinity symbol
7. Go back to the Normal side of the map
8. Go to sleep
9. Look for City, Skyblock, Tycoon, Dungeon, and Parkour
10. Collect the Inspiration for all of them
11. Wake up
12. Look for the Infinity Emblems for all of them
13. Go back to Gameshow (in bed)
14. Click the additional button that pops up when you're about to start the game.

Nightmare Marketplace#

This is a scary area and shows a dark side to the Marketplace. It's where you can get different achievements and access the Nightmare.

rsmalec is a frequent contributor to jigarbov productions maps and has his own huge catelogue of maps. He's a cool dude.

Trending MCT#

The Trending tab is one of the tabs on Marketplace Creator Tycoon main menu. It's where you "discover" content by other creators which you can purchase.

Press one of the portraits, which will "discover" it, then on the right you can select it and purchase it which will unlock it.

Obviously you don't actually have to do that on the real marketplace, but this dollar value is to simulate the research and development of a type of content before your actual map creation starts. This research and development time is a real thing most creators do before starting a project.

Difficulty MCT#

There are 3 different difficulties in Marketplace Creator Tycoon, these effects a whole host of different stats in the map.
